About SCEL

San Carlos Early Learning (SCEL) is a preschool program for children ages two through four, uniquely partnered with San Carlos School District. Located at Arundel, Brittan Acres, Heather, and White Oaks elementary schools, SCEL welcomes families from San Carlos and surrounding communities.

Our classrooms offer a consistent, high-quality early learning experience while reflecting the character of each school. Children become familiar with their neighborhood school community through library visits, special events, and age-appropriate assemblies. As part of the district, SCEL also benefits from ongoing professional learning for educators and support from district facilities and operations staff.

Together, these connections help children feel a sense of belonging as they learn, play, and grow.
